Our Journey in Natural Health and Wellness
Welcome to our community, where we embrace the power of natural remedies and alternative therapies to enhance the lives of those with chronic health conditions. Our journey began over a decade ago, fueled by a deep passion for holistic health and a commitment to helping others find relief and wellness through nature's gifts.
Over the years, we've immersed ourselves in the study of herbal remedies, nutraceuticals and nutritional strategies, mind-body practices, homeopathy, acupuncture, and other natural approaches to health.
Our medical director, Dr Iris Bell, MD PhD is a Harvard and Stanford-educated physician with a career-long history of study and research on many different areas of integrative health care. She has experienced her own health challenges and taken advantage of both conventional and alternative therapies to help herself along the way. So she knows as both a patient and a doctor many of the challenges that people dealing with chronic conditions face.
Our resource team comprises dedicated professionals, including herbalists, nutritionists, and holistic health practitioners, who share a common goal: to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools to manage their chronic conditions naturally and effectively.
